香港社會企業策劃有限公司 (HKSEIC) 於 2007 年成立，2010 年成為香港註冊慈善機構。我們完全没受政府資助，是一系列自負盈虧的民間社會企業。


Hong Kong Social Enterprise Incubation Centre (HKSEIC) was established in 2007 and became a registered charity in 2010. We are a series of self-financing social enterprises that do not take any government funding.

嚴俊民會計師持有工商管理學碩士、哲學碩士、特許市場學會院士、刑事司法學士學位。 於1993年創辦「嚴氏企業顧問公司」從事企業重組、財務監控及中國市場發展顧問等服務。


嚴俊民於2007年創辦「香港社會企業策劃有限公司」；2010年正式成立為政府認可慈善機構。另外，與英國註冊財務會計師公會成立首間「會計社企」，為學院同學及弱勢青少年提供會計訓練及於中小企業獲取實習機會。 同時亦創辦首份網上社企雜誌（HKSEM）。


嚴俊民是2008/2009/2010年度「民間社企高峯會」籌委會成員。 2009年六月在中國北京人民大會堂授予「優秀創新企業家奬」表揚對社會企業的貢獻。 同年八月份獲東華三院及青年商會頒發「傑出義職人仕」榮銜；十二月份獲義務工作發展局頒發感謝狀，表揚對社會服務的貢獻。


Raymond Yim, Adjunct Professor, holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Philosophy, a Fellow of the Chartered Marketing Institute, and a Bachelor of Criminal Justice. In 1993, he founded the "Yim's Enterprise Consultants" to provide services such as corporate restructuring, financial monitoring and consulting for China market development.
Raymond founded HKSEIC in 2007; it was formally recognized as a government-approved charity in 2010. In addition, the first "Accounting Social Enterprise" was established with the ACCA to provide accounting training for college students and disadvantaged youths and obtain internship opportunities in SMEs. At the same time, he founded the first online social enterprise magazine (HKSEM).
Raymond is a member of the Preparatory Committee of the 2008/2009/2010 "Social Enterprise Summit". In June 2009, he was awarded with the "Outstanding Innovative Entrepreneur Award" was awarded at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, China, in recognition of his contributions to social enterprises. In August of the same year, he was awarded the title of "Outstanding Volunteer" by the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals and the Youth Chamber of Commerce; in December, he was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the Volunteer Service Development Bureau in recognition of his contribution to social services.

尹冰 Virginia Bing

尹冰女士是著名上海音樂學院教授譚冰若以意大利美聲方法訓練的歌劇女高音，並獲頒英國聖三一學院歌唱表演文憑。其曲目包括意大利語、法語、德語歌劇詠嘆調及藝術歌曲。她曾與香港管弦樂團、香港城市合唱團、香港青年芭蕾舞劇團、及一眾中國音樂家，分別於上海蘭心大劇院、香港文化中心、香港大會堂、及香港青年廣場演出。她支持慈善項目，分別擔任香港青年芭蕾舞劇團主席、以及於香港社會企業策劃中心的社區音樂慈善項目中演唱。
Virginia Bing is an operatic soprano trained in Italian bel canto method by the renowned Professor Tan Bing-ruo of Shanghai Conservatory of Music, and was awarded the diploma in singing performance of Trinity College. Her repertoire consists of opera arias and art songs in Italian, French, and German. She performed with Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, Hong Kong City Choir, Hong Kong Youth Ballet, and artists in Greater China, at venues including Shanghai Lyceum Theatre, Hong Kong Cultural Centre, Hong Kong City Hall, and Hong Kong Youth Square. She supports charities as the chairperson of Hong Kong Youth Ballet, and sings at Music in Community Projects at the Hong Kong Social Enterprise Incubation Centre.

梁重皿博士是認可名冊臨床心理學家及註冊遊戲治療師，專門為兒童、青少年及成人 提供心理評估和治療服務，同是亦是香港心理學會臨床心理學組主席。梁博士曾任職香港醫院管理局轄下瑪麗醫院，現為香港大學精神醫學系臨床心理學家， 對心理評估、兒童、青少年及成人心理治療都具豐富經驗。梁博士是香港大學及香港 中文大學心理學系的榮譽臨床導師，曾任香港大學及香港教育大學客席講師。梁博士 亦是暢銷書藉作家及專欄作家，其中一本著作《心痛診療所— 探索內心的自癒練習》 獲選為香港出版雙年獎得獎書藉。她亦曾多次接受不同傳媒，包括報章、電台及電視 訪問，擔任不同節目嘉賓，以推廣大眾心理健康。
Dr. Leung Chung Ming is a Clinical Psychologist in Accredited Register and a Registered Play Therapist (APPTA), who provides services including psychological assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. She is also the acting Chair of DCP, HKPS.
Dr. Leung has rich clinical experiences in public and private setting. She is experienced in working in multi-disciplinary and cross-agency settings to ensure clients are supported wholly. She has previously worked as a Clinical Psychologist at public hospital and is now appointed as Clinical Psychologist at LKS Faulty of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry, HKU.
Dr. Leung is the Honorary Clinical Supervisor at the Departments of Psychology, the University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is also a part-time guest lecturer at the Departments of Psychology, the Education University of Hong Kong. Dr. Leung is a column and book writer. One of her books was awarded with the Hong Kong Publishing Biennial Awards 2023. She also has abundant experience in public education and media. She has media interviews by various newspapers, TV and radio programs. She also provides talks for public, school setting and corporate clients in various topics such as psychiatric illnesses, stress management, mindfulness, and other issues.

社企理論  Social Enterprising Theory

嚴俊民發表的社企三角關係理論，是我們策劃和發展社企的核心概念。 

社企三角關係

第一層的社企三角關系，提倡使用 ⌈社會資本⌋，即人際網絡及信任，推動 ⌈社會創新⌋ 企業達至 ⌈社會效應⌋ 的正面投資 。

第二層的社企三角關系，解釋政府、市場和公民社會在社企平台上的互動。⌈政府⌋ 推動社企背後目的是幫助政府解決社會福利政策不能直接解決的社會問題， ⌈市場⌋ 推廣社企是開發一盤新生意，而 ⌈公民社會⌋ 是透過社企營運達成社會目標。

社企策劃及發展  SE Incubation and Development

由2007年成立「生、老、病、死」系列社企開始，香港社會企業策劃有限公司致力推動社會企業的發展，見證著香港社企業的蛻變。

時至今日，我們策劃和發展的項目還包括音樂社企、心理治療系列社企、中醫藥診所社企、化妝形象社企、美容社企、美甲社企、餐飲社企等等。

我們除了發展各項延伸社企項目之外，還為新成立的社企組織、和轉營社企的中、小企業提供策劃及顧問服務。盼望香港社會企業的發展，能為人民生活帶來更美好的祝福。

金藹桃女士 Sutia Kim Alter

MBA, 牛津大學「思高社會企業創業中心」訪問學人

金藹桃是我們的國際夥伴兼學術委員會執行委員。

金藹桃有超過20年運用商業技巧及市場導向的方法來推動社會變革的經驗。作為社會企業家，她第一個事業是創辦了 Visions in Action，在非州五個國家都有分部。2000年，她創立Virtue Ventures，是一家極富創意的管理顧問公司，運用行動研究，技術服務及自創項目來推動社會創業精神。客戶包括：愛創家，世界銀行，聯合國發展計劃，青竹財務，環球捐獻等。

Virtue Ventures 目前一個主要項目是「如何構建高效益的社會企業」，集中開發實踐方案及 實用資源，與及促導業界人士的合作。

2009年，金藹桃獲牛津大學委任為駐中心社會企業家，負責開拓嶄新計劃來支援社會創業。
